Pros
Management cares very deeply for their employees. Although I have only been with the company a few months, I have already received a couple performance based raises and I have been able to grow in my role. I love that the job is remote, and management is always there to help with questions or work through problems. Very exciting to work with a growing business.
Cons
Working remote does have its challenges -- my dog sometimes comes up and hits the keyboard with her paw sending messages before they were finished.
