Great culture (annual YOW conference, spin of the wheel, monthly meetup with great food) Interesting projects with cool technologies and practices Top of the line laptop for Devs (I got MBP with dual thunderbolt displays) Chances to jump between projects to upskill

Some legacy systems are not really interesting No payrise if you dont ask for Performance reviews performed by someone does not work closely with you nor have technical background, so do not understand and appreciate your time and effort

I've worked at 20+ companies during my career and Touch in Melbourne Australia is by far the worst. The senior management are rude, swearing, disrespectful and egotistical. The job position I applied for was not at all like the actual work they had me working on and I wasn't the only one who they falsely advertised to. The company works you HARD - I don't think "work life balance" is a concept they've ever heard of. Support is minimal and their work is on retro code and techniques so reduces your career opportunities.
