      Excellent work atmosphere from top down Excellent learning Excellent bonus, perks and bonuses. Lots of incentives. Owners pride themselves on being reliable and true to their word, and treat their staff extremely well

      Good Commission, but not team based

      Cons

      Dark outdated office. Very poor interview, almost like a stress interview where they played 'good cop bad cop'. Made me not want to accept the job when I got offered.

      Very little positive to say

      Cons

      Extremely poor HR, regular firings do not help the atmosphere. Management seem to think this can be plastered over by the occasional staff fun day. Pressure on sales staff is unreal. Extremely high staff turnover. Would not recommend to anyone. Seem to have a poor understanding of employment law too.
