Pros
Hours, friendly co-workers (mostly), company seems to have good intentions at the top.
Cons
Parts of production management are terrible. Poor communication, poor time management, rushes you to do work faster until there is no more work. and does not take responsibility for mistakes. The hr rep is also very very bad. Will furlough you for sometimes two weeks and pressure you to use your vacation or sick time even if you want to save it. When someone had problems with unemployment, hr didn't help and just told them "you need to call and fight it", but didn't offer to help them and won't allow them on the phone during work hours, which is when the unemployment office is open. The hr rep is also buddy buddy with some employees and has had lunch with them multiple times, very unprofessional.
