Pros
I enjoyed my role and duties as a Recruiter. There is nothing else I can state that is a pro for this company other than my daughter works for them currently.
Cons
Company culture was negative and management did nothing to change it. There was a culture of being those who were in the "in crowd" and if not, you were excluded. Communication between supervisor and those in upper management and myself was greatly lacking.
