Pros
When I started there, it was laid back and we had an office dog. The dog was great to have around. We used to go on fun outings from time to time.
Cons
Management is unorganized and does not know anything about running a business. They practiced poor HR policies and were very secretive rather than open with their staff. They cared way more about the business and numbers than they ever did about their staff.
