      Pros

      Great work environment, and lots of room for growth, people are very nice, and its a huge corporation very reputable

      Cons

      It is difficult to get hired by the company but once you get in you are in for good. sometimes there might be a lot of work to do however you are the only one responsible to complete them

      American managers do their best to create a good culture.

      Cons

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
