Small company, opportunity to learn more than you would with large companies

Small company, not the best of the benefits available. You have the basics, but no more. Some disorganization. Although have assigned tasks/job responsibilities, sometimes you do other jobs and/or you find others doing your job. No performance evaluations are ever given, no raises, have to ask, and then you don't even get one, for years. If you get one, you want get another for 3 years.
