Great company to work for - Administrative Total Technology Solutions Employee Review

Working for Total is great. I've been here for a little over 3 years. I've enjoyed every second working here. I created good relationships with everyone that I've had to pleasure to be around here. Additionally, the management team goes out of their way daily to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. During peak covid our CEO went out and bought us all lunch most days. There aren't many other places that care about the employees more than Total. Looking forward to more great years here.

I can't see any downsides working here. It's truly a great place to be working at.

I have been working for Total for almost 18 years now and as a full time working mother, I feel lucky to have successfully raised a family under the security of a steady job in a market that was anything but stable over the past 10+ years. My bosses have all been fair and accommodating, and very generous with the time off and holiday schedule, and it is with gratitude and pride in the accomplishments of this company that I have helped grow and maintain that I say I have been VERY fortunate to be able to file my W2's every year under the employer "Total Technology Solutions" for so many years now. An entire generation. It really makes you feel part of a corporate family.

I have not experienced any cons to speak of aside from the industry related ones that would exist in any company engaged in IT and Tech wrangling.
