      Good working environment very good communication and staff

      Cons

      Sometimes clients cancel and when clients cancel that terminates your pay for that day and the clinic will only allow you 2 hours to clean and get payed for even if your canceled session was 6 hours

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
