      BCBAs are helpful and attentive, everyone is super nice and it's a great team and I was very thoroughly trained.

      Pros

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
