      Great staff - always willing to help Great kiddos - build relationships with amazing kids Benefits for full time Mentors - you get assigned a mentor for the first year, always willing to help out with any question you may have. Build great relationships Reimbursement for mileage Reimbursement for materials needed Provided tablets

      Cons

      Tablets not always best functioning Sites/programs used are not the most efficient -BUT working on them Drive time can be intense depending on how far your client is from you

      Pros

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
