      Not enough hours Took a long time from being hired to actually work the job (did not get paid hourly for training just 200 dollars after training was complete)

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
