      This isn’t such an amazing job to help grow as a person and in your career. BCBAs work closely with you to always increase knowledge and skills. Everyday is always different and fun!

      Cons

      Starting part time, but working hard does not go unnoticed with this company and the potential to move up is always there.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
