Pros
Talented group of people, but they need to learn how to work as a team. Flexibility in work hours and time off benefits are a plus.
Cons
Benefits are not great, adequate but not great. The environment is unstable-- lacks a communication characteristic. Needs to treat their employees with respect and stop trying to minimize the efforts of employees who want to see the organization grow.
