The best reason to work here is desperation. You can't get a job anywhere else. Although it is hard to get fired if you show up everyday. Don't worry, you don't have to be competent.

Cons. Thats a long list. Let's start with no growth. They will do everything they can to hold you back as long as they like you where you are. Don't even think about a raise or a bonus. Zero promoting within. Always hires from outside in higher positions that have no idea what they are doing. They would never give a management position to someone who has been there for a long time and knows how the company operates. Upper management only thinks about themselves and their wallets. The guy above you leaves? Yay you get his job! But without the pay and twice the responsibility. Ask for a raise? Literally get yelled at, or told "I'm working on it" for 2 years. Besides a few select people, upper management is a bunch of idiots.
