Pros

Decent pay for entry level. You gain a lot of experience in rack Integration. Good place to network with tech industry folks and Dell personnel. The benefits and PTO are decent. Schedules are good.

Cons

Completely mismanaged, Every day is a constant fight for tools and material. Insufficient restroom facilities. The CEO and COO dumped somewhere in the neighborhood of $2M+ in stock, causing the price to nosedive over 25%. People are mistreated and have to pick up the slack for hood rats that don't care. Merit increases are insulting. Workers are forced into overtime to meet failing production goals. They worry more about injecting DEI into their workforce than hiring quality people. The list goes on.

Pros

You get a free meal once in a while.

Cons

HR is against you, they tried withholding my income multiple separate times. The leadership will change your hours that you worked if you don't pay attention and they constantly threaten employees about letting them go. This is my first job out of 20 that has such a huge turnaround, they fire people who use the restroom or attempt to drink something when it's not break time. You get 2 8 minute breaks in a 12/hr shift. The work they expect from the employees is unrealistic and so they use that for ground's on why they only give 0.20¢ raise if you last a year. I saw a pregnant mother get let go because she didn't have enough time off for the pregnancy, a few months later I got let go because I didn't have enough time for my newborn baby. They will fire you if you are trying to take vacation/emergency leave and don't have enough PTO.
