I really feel like TMS is a family. We all chip in to get the job done. I've worked at similar companies where you are restricted by your job description or level within the company. At TMS it feels like great ideas are respected regardless of who you are or what department you're in. We meet with senior leadership monthly and they let us know what direction the company is going. I think people work much better if they know what the common goal is. This is a place where you are free to make your career path. This has been great for people who are new to the industry and don't quite know where their heart lies. People will help you get to where you want to go as long as you put in the work. Really fun atmosphere. We are constantly doing charitable events and finding new ways to give to the community. Great ticket give-aways for local sporting events. Holiday parties are the best I've ever seen. Completely top notch.
