Pros
From the time I was met in the lobby for my interview, I've felt like I was one of the lucky ones. TMS makes it a point to drive home a feeling of teamwork and family. From people giving fistbumps to your weekly meet 3s (where you have to meet 3 new people in the company each week and ask them 5 questions of your choice) you feel engaged with your coworkers and it becomes more about helping people you have real connections with rather than going thru the motions at a job you hate. There can be difficult times, but much like life you have the support of your family to get you through it all. Plus they do ticket giveaways to employees weekly, so there's that!
Cons
Traffic in and out of the Business Complex during peak rush hour (8a & 5p) can feel like you're on the freeway at times
