late payment sometimes, never ends work. hard for first timer worker (little bit hard to get used to the work at beginning..)

- Higher management can be micromanaging and have high expectations in your work. - Have to multi- task. You are basically an accountant, manager, HR, QA and QC etc and of course dietitian. - 9-12 months before u become a permanent employee
