Pros

Great people to work with! It was a great, positive, & supportive work environment mostly because of the manager, Alisha. She is such a kind, thoughtful, and patient person. One of the best people you will ever meet hands down.

Cons

Immense lack of organization. Many people were overworked and in charge of too many things so that certain tasks and duties fell through the cracks because you were so overworked. No room for growth or promotion at all unless someone else leaves or is fired. You're basically stuck in that position making the same amount of money. You could be the best employee and work your hardest and they still would never give you a raise unless you threaten to leave. Or when you leave and it's too late they finally ask you to come back with an increased pay offer.

Pros

As long as you do your work, it's a great company to work for. Management does not tolerate lazy employees. They will train and verbally correct, but if problem persists, you will be written up. A lot of employees have been with company for many years. If there is employee turnover, it is usually due to new staff not realizing that is work time and not play time. There is room to grow if you are able to multi-task. They show employee appreciation with small celebrations every few months. Annual reviews and increases according to performance.

Cons

The health insurance plans are a little pricey, but I was able to find insurance outside of business with the help of an insurance agent.

Pros

You can literally do whatever you want, as long as you're in the right circle. Gossiping with supervisors and admin will ensure you're protected and could even get you rehired after quitting. It's a great place to work if you have felonies, enjoy job-hopping, thrive on drama, and have zero plans for your future or career.

Cons

Toxic environment with rampant favoritism, unprofessionalism, bullying, and fraud. They don’t care about their patients or employees—only about making money. Pay is abysmal with no raises, no bonuses, and "benefits" that cost nearly $300 every paycheck for terrible plan options. They reward gossip over hard work, have no real leadership, and foster a chaotic atmosphere. Expect constant turnover, poor communication, and zero career growth. Management is disconnected, no HR, and the culture is driven by fear and intimidation. Not a place for serious professionals or anyone looking for a supportive, ethical workplace.
