Pros
I made a base hourly wage and also earned commissions throughout AEP. They cater food in a lot and also provide lots of cash bonuses and incentives. All of the calls are inbound, so no outbound dialing. My supervisor worked with me a lot to help me sell more since I didn't have much experience yet. Pretty solid gig for someone interested in insurance sales. Would have stayed but I had to leave the state for a family emergency.
Cons
Not many. They expect you to work some longer hours during AEP, but I didn't have a problem with that.
