Pros

The only positive takeaway is the experience gained, mostly learning what to avoid when choosing future employers.

Cons

• The company has been operating for over 25 years, yet still fails to take care of basic employee welfare. • EPF and SOCSO deductions are shown on payslips, but actual payments are not made—this is illegal and unethical. • Salaries are frequently delayed without proper communication or accountability. • There is no work-life balance—employees are often contacted during weekends for work matters. • Double standards in management: top management can come in late without consequences, while lower-level staff are reprimanded for minor tardiness. • Employees are constantly given false hopes about salary increases and performance-linked bonuses (like STMP), even though the company clearly lacks the financial capability to fulfill these promises.

Pros

The work culture among colleagues is excellent. There is a strong sense of teamwork and mutual support; coworkers truly stand by each other during difficult times.

Cons

Management Style: Leadership lacks clear direction. Communication is often based on unfounded accusations toward staff rather than logic. Excessive daily meetings significantly hamper actual productivity. Compensation Issues: Salary payments are consistently delayed, sometimes by up to two months. Statutory obligations, including EPF and SOCSO contributions, have been neglected for nearly a year. Contractual Concerns: The HR department has implemented highly restrictive 3-year bonds for new staff. While salary increments were promised through bi-monthly appraisals, these have not been fulfilled. Furthermore, staff are reportedly threatened with heavy financial penalties (repaying 3 years' salary) if they resign. Operational Inefficiency: High-level management decisions do not seem to add value to the company’s growth or employee welfare.

Pros

The company has genuinely supportive colleagues with no ego issues, and top management often acknowledges and appreciates our hard work. It’s a place that allows you to grow, explore beyond your job scope, and gain solid experience while learning everything from scratch.

Cons

Workload levels can fluctuate depending on ongoing projects and timelines, but it also provides exposure to different types of tasks and situations & certain internal processes may require additional time for completion due to standard procedures. But overall, it’s a good place to work and I would recommend it.
