      Pros

      These guys really care about there employees, they make sure you are happy and have everything you need to do your job comfortably. you are treated as an individual and not a number. I've seen these guys come together on several occasions and help out a worker that suffered a tragedy or hardship, truly good people here.

      Cons

      The bad eggs. All companies have them and a company that is this focused on there employees happiness is going to be more forgiving so it is a moot point. But no one likes having to pick up slack for someone that doesn't take there job or the rules seriously.

      TEPS can bring out the best in you! Abundant opportunities for expanding your experience, learning new trades, utilizing modern tools and equipment along with a very nice paycheck and benefits. If you don’t mind working hard and are willing to take on some challenges, you can have very experienced mentors to guide you. They are all full of knowledge and willing to train and assist.

      You have to be willing to take on challenging tasks and continue learning. (if that's a con?)

      They need to hold employees accountable for their actions and be written up and then after so many they should terminate you.
