Pros

None according to me after working for a year.

Cons

The quality and vision for the projects are deteriorating from old projects to new projects due to lot of compromise in designs and saving construction costs (low quality shell covered with quality finishes) to have higher profit margins. Company wants very high skilled people for day wage labour equivalent salaries. Consider below points before joining the company. 1. Salary delays (2-3 months for junior role posts, 5-8 months for senior role posts) and Appraisal delays (5-7 months, FY2021 -22 appraisals came in Nov 2021). 2. Less growth (5%, if your manager doesn't want you to grow, irrespective of your deliverables quality and efficiency, 10% on higher side). 3. Long work hours even on saturdays and sundays though officially holidays. Managers during the regular day evenings and weekends be like 'I don't know what you do, I want you to do this and send it by tonight' and even the founder expects you to available 24*7. 4. Tight deadlines for people who delivers work effectively and these people have to pull out extra work hours on a daily basis (Avg work hours come to 11-13 hrs). 5. Late deposits of EPF (1 yr delay). 6. Non-responsive HR department even after numerous mails asking for pending salaries (with crappy corporate policies, which themselves don't know how to implement) and all the company policies written vaguely to interpret however the company wishes to on each employee. 7. To much coordination works without any outputs for a long time (ranges from months to years). 8. All projects of the company run in delays (5-7 yrs) and no proper timelines given for customers on projects delivery or payments to land owners(customers and land owners generally make dharnas or quarrels in the company on a regular basis). 9. Very high design consultancy fees which transferred from a corporate entity to a personal company of the promoters (related party transactions). 10. Lot of micromanagement from the promoters and the team managers take approvals for even a Rs. 100/- expense or 5mm move in the designs. 11. Very high attrition rate (>40%), few new people who joined in the senior posts like CFO (finance), Project CEO's, etc. left the company with in 2-3 months of their joining seeing the terrible management and politics by senior management. 12. Few of the seniors in few teams are just timepass people. You will see this mostly in PMO, liaison, all design departments, etc. Not sure why the management is on blind side even if their contribution is negligible compared to the position they are in. Finally a corporate company with no signs of corporate management.

Pros

relaxed work environment for the most part.

Cons

There is absolutely no structure and no one knows what they are doing. The company is failing and leadership lies to everyone they recruit. They are very prejudiced and childish. You won’t see any real money working with them. Please research the company thoroughly before accepting a job with them.
