Pros
- Supportive and people first work-culture, led by great bosses with simply some of the best minds in the industry. - Best in class projects, unlike no other builder out there. The emphasis on design, quality and user experience reign supreme - Works purely on BIM across all disciplines, so you get to learn a lot here. - Career growth is good if you're with the right team.
Cons
- Disregard for timelines. Really slow pace of work. Many a time, work can be of repetitive nature. - Many processes that need to be followed as per protocol really delay the pace of work too. Some of these don't make sense in the digital era.
