Great RRSP matching plan. Fair wages. Lots of BBQs.

Layoffs of most experienced employees, replaced with new-hires (Spectrum Process Systems), while telling shareholders that they only keep the "A-Team". Not a good place for a long career if high turnover rate is intentional.

The staff in the branches were great! The Head office and corporate staff were terrible.

There was a very poor morale and the company did not care about the employees at all. They keep the staff that doesn't make them any money and get rid of the staff the is revenue generating. There is no training or advancement for any staff.
