Pros

you learn so quickly and have to hit the ground running or else you will be abused and shouted at by the CEO

Cons

Absolutely everything - Rob micromanages absolutely every second of your day and doesn’t allow a moment to breathe before criticising why you haven’t moved onto something else - Don’t make one single mistake or else you will face the wrath of management and be shouted at in front of all of your peers, even if it was a genuine human error (nope you’re not allowed to be human just a TCT machine to pump out the profit into robs pocket) and don’t worry there will also be a scathing email to go alongside any mistakes that get sent to the entire company - You get paid absolutely minimum wage and are expected to go above and beyond for the company at ALL times. Rob will intentionally keep you from pay rises to keep his pocket nice and full but then criticises employees when they don’t stay behind to continue working after they’re finished for the day. - NEVER WORK HERE unless you have absolutely no other options

Pros

Not as bad as it made out to be! I've worked in organisations where management were verbally abusive or made me cry... So these guys are far from the worst in my books. Pros: - Great for getting your foot in the industry as they're always hiring - Excellent on the job work experience in networking, sysadmin, hardware/software configuration, troubleshooting, precise note taking, the lot! - Learn to be independent and figure things out for your self! This one's a double edged sword as it can be frustrating when there's no guidance for a complicated issue, but when you discover solutions and share it with the team, you learn something new and add value to the team.

Cons

- Disorganised. There's basic training and inductions which help a bit, but no official guides available. They prefer to put out fires than fix the source of organisational issues - Low salary, comparable to retail. Recommended for people who can tough it out financially for the valuable work experience - The managing director (CEO) may ask you your age in the job interview - Mildly hostile work environment. You'll get daily emails cracking the whip about your performance and call lengths - The managing director doesn't seem interested in the wellbeing of his employees. During one of the induction sessions, he said something along the lines of 'I care about the customer, not you'. That tells you enough about TCT. - The way he talks down to his employees is unnecessary (aka a Crunchy Unicode Nobody Tolerates)
