Pros
Good company for earning and learning. Engineers have learn them self only. Early hike in the Salary and Diwali Bonus is good.
Cons
Company don't have any specific rules or Policies. Hiding the Project information to Project Engineer is very bad thing. Also site engineer suffers a lot due to putting any irrelevant devices in the to do the cost cuttings. Engineer didn't get informed for any rules and manager latter argue that it is a rule. No Project specific meetings, and Project management is not so good.
