I cannot think of anything I liked about working for this company. I would urge anyone to reconsider working for this company

Cons

- Senior management are racist, bullies and disrespectful - Managers/Senior Recruiters drink alcohol and take recreational drugs in working hours and it is swept under the carpet by HR and directors - HR department is a puppet show controlled by the CEO - No progression is available at this company, even if you are handed a new title that means absolutely nothing. Associate director positions are a feeble attempt to make it look like there is something achievable but this position holds no weight and is a glorified managers role - Deductions from your commission monthly for not hitting unrealistic targets - You aren’t allowed to voice an opinion that isn’t in agreement with the CEO otherwise you will be scrutinised - All rounded up, the place is an absolute shambles
