It doesn't have any growth opportunities.

Company was a start up when I began my employment. There were some growing pains as could be expected but we constantly worked through them to make improvements.

Some of the leadership staff were replaced as soon as I started so it took a while to find our place and create an atmosphere that was headed on the correct path.
