Supportive colleagues and immediate line managers
Cons
Seem to be obsessed with the eroding of terms and conditions. Pay falls behind other similar organisations. Little actual investment in learning and development of existing staff. Removal of small perks/benefits one by one e.g. mileage allowances, Christmas period shutdown. So many experienced colleagues have already left and vacancies go unfilled. Pressure to maintain performance with less and less resource. Concerns fall on deaf ears.
