Pros

They are into building a super app which includes Health Wellness, Education Wellness and Wealth Wellness Young crowd The team is good, except for management which is run by one person,

Cons

Worst Management All decisions are taken by one person who does not have any idea of how an application gets developed. This one person keeps on changing the timelines and also the agile definition. Very rude behaviour with employees. Treats employees like they are his personal slaves. Insane work culture. Only "YES BOSS" attitude works Not a good place for learning. Management work is only to demotivate

Pros

Nothing to say as a Pros

Cons

“If you have any EMI or loan, don’t even think about joining this company. Honestly, even if you’re unemployed, a fresher, or have a 1–2 year gap — still stay away. This company’s management is terrible. They expect unrealistic, on-the-spot results, and if you fail to deliver, they fire you without hesitation. I joined as a Flutter developer, and within just 2 months, HR forced me to resign, claiming my performance wasn’t enough. There is zero support here. Seniors are useless — no guidance, no teamwork, nothing. This company runs purely on a hire-and-fire culture. They already fired the entire Flutter team, and the remaining members have also resigned. That alone says everything. On top of that, they cut your salary for coming late or leaving early, but still expect you to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any pay. The double standards are ridiculous. The office is located in Sakinaka, and the location is horrible — it’s deep inside with heavy traffic, wasting 30–50 minutes just to get anywhere. Not worth it at all. Everything is blamed on developers, and the TL is the worst — no support, only pressure. They even force you to work on long weekends without pay. This place is a complete mess. Don’t risk your career here. There are far better companies out there. But if you still want to join, that’s your problem.”
