Pros

flexibleish work hours, taco trucks on occasion, nice Christmas bonuses.

Cons

toxic work enviornment, a lot of shady deals made, people stealing sales. you're doing intake but its sales and it wouldn't be an even playing ground. management would compete for deals for commission as well and would have multiple ways to about doing so while regular employees had only one. as time went on it was like they would do anything to discredit the work you've done. you're listening to a lot of rape and abuse cases too so if you don't have a pallet to hear about someones worst day, it's probably not the job for you. They moved offices to Las Vegas and offered our office an embarrassingly low amount of money to continue working with them in Vegas.

Pros

The pay and benefits are good, the kind every job seeker wants. Nice break room, nice building, clean, modern. Work schedules are as early as 6am to 7pm Pacific time and can include weekends, but there's flexibility in getting regular days off.

Cons

There's one a week of training when you start, then there's a test you take. If you don't pass, then you're let go. The standard that's considered passing makes no sense, very arbitrary. In talking to experienced Intake Specialists, the culture is very much here today, gone tomorrow, you have to prove yourself every week when it comes to getting callers and prospects on social media to become customers of the company. It's a sales job and you have to meet productivity requirements. There are other customer service type jobs that pay less, but better job security. Proceed with caution if you quit a job to work at Tort Intake Professionals.
