Pros

You will get to learn many new things and periodically the hold training sessions for associates. Learning as you work is very much realized here.

Cons

Pay hike is not good. People who are not working and playing politics get good hike and leniency where as hard working and honest people are made to work to compensate and clean up the mess created by others. TL and Manager don't know or don't respect the appraisal process. They will justify their rating for your appraisal with generic explanations (if one to one happens).
