I you get hooked to THBS' gurgaon project and you happen to be at the middle level i. e Lead level, i can guraantee you that you have choosen hell for urself . 1) No stress is given to ramp up domain knowledge within team, they call themselves service factory and truly make the people work like factory workers. 2) Top management doesnt trust their people and will enter into every minute details of the project. 3) Difference bw north and south indians always stays and can be experienced. 4) Please dont join even if you get 100 % hike , you will end up screwing ur own life . 5) Job insecurity is there , the moment you do something wrong unintentionally, there will be questions asked about why did we hire you or why are we paying you . 6) Couple of more people in top management who are very egoistic and have zero people management. 7) This company believes in catering to client ignoring their peoples interest. 8) Attrition rate is high coz they believe we cn buy people by spending some extra bucks and people are duying to get a job. 9) You will feel as if you are working in a call centre with your fone on for 24 hours .
