Pros
1. You will get to learn how to survive with the worst management and worst work environment. 2. Good company to join as fresher.
Cons
1. No drinking water available. 2. If the interviews are conducted , employees have to sit on tables and stairs to provided chairs to the candidate. 3.The management will insult you, shout at you and make you cry for your really small mistakes or other's mistake in front of all employees, without listening to your points. They will dominate you like anything. 4.You need to cry like kids for leaves . 5. No proper working hrs, you need to work till 10 or 11, on weekends many times, If you are on leave still you have to work. 6.No office boy to bring toiletry, Pens, and all needed stuffs in the office, you need fill up water in cooler as well. 7.No documentations for anything, No process to follow, No basic Etiquette , Only a useless stand-up, asking about your work on whatsapp again and again will be followed regularly. 8. Some people have habit to take credit for other's efforts. 10.They will listen to the employees who are in good books of management. 11. They will make fake promises all the time.
