Can provide good experince in a lot of technologies used through the industry. Expected to work multiple roles and handle sistuations other companies require you to escalate which can also fast track progessing your career.

Lack of opperutunies. Owner has been phyiscally voilent to staff, when in a bad mood in the past and lashes out at all staff when in a bad mood whether work related or not. Under pay and over work staff, do pay overtime in most situations. No oncall allowance. Contracts with hours based limits which cause friction between clients and the company, which also limit employees from doing there jobs properly. Terrible work life balance. Lack of proper structure, policies and proceedures. Don't email payslips to personal email and restrict access to them. Generally they miss treat their employees pretty badly.
