Pros
You get to meet a lot of new people (due to high turnover) There are some good and extremely capable people working there who could achieve great things but they are not being heard because the management refuses to listen to anything but their echo-chamber of "yes men"
Cons
Laughable wages, no benefits (only promises, was told they're coming soon when I started, was leaving to the sound of the same talks). People right out of school, new immigrants, or people who are desperately trying to get out of the service industry are the ones who usually end up working there since no professional would stand for that kind of treatment. The staff is constantly in a state of fear of the upper management which guides all decisions rendring it an extremely inefficient and nonsensical work environment. The atmosphere is bizarre, If you ever wanted to feel like you're in the army here's your chance, the management also loves to use war metaphors right and left. While some people can seem friendly (and don't get me wrong, some truly are), the place as a whole is a shark tank and it all comes from the top. The company has a bad reputation in the industry and it's not a coincidence.
