Their interview is easy and they hire on spot (this is actually not a pros, but can't leave this part empty)
Cons
They have no respect for your experience requirements. The management is rude and careless. I worked for this company for a short time. They lie to you at the interview about your experience, and they let go of you when they slow down without prior notice. The environment is abusive and their schedules are messed up. I can go for hours talking about their cons. But the most important thing for me is that they told me that they would provide an EIT experience for my licensure. Recently I asked them for a reference, and they totally denied my employment and ignored all my calls and emails. They just don't care about their employees.
