Pros

Location is close to my home

Cons

I got fired after 5 days, for no reason. This organization provides a leadership training. What can these leaders teach us when they fired a single mother of two kids just five days after hiring? During the training, without even allowing to start working. The position was only for one year. The reason given was “that the current role may not align well with the skills and professional strengths”. This, despite having a relevant degree from George Brown College, university degrees, extensive experience in similar positions in other organizations, and excellent references. What was the point of the interview process? What was the point to ask and bother the references? It is evident that they fired for completely different reasons, relating to human rights. These are the so-called professionals working there.

Pros

Was close to the downtown core.

Cons

This company has some severe issues with human rights violations, and following conversations with various higher up managers, it’s clear how little they care about their employees and their customer base. I would NOT recommend anyone apply here. It isn’t a place anyone wants to say at, which is very clear by the amount of employees who quit/were fired while I worked here.
