Pros
I was skeptical coming from a corporate recruiting setting to an agency model and I have to say, this business model changed my opinion from the start. The reason is the mission and focus is all about finding the right talent for the right position and the right company and sometimes that takes time. It is worth it and our clients and candidates are happy. We all spend a lot of time at work so it is nice to see our candidates (and clients) happy in the positions we fill. The TorchLight team is a fabulous, smart, dedicated group of people. TorchLight's success is a product of these individuals and makes it a special place to work. Very collaborative, entrepreneurial, family-friendly, and customer service driven!!!!
Cons
This is a small and growing company. Very established processes and procedures but frequent changes occur as we work through trends and economic changes . I thrive in this environment so not and issue for me at all. Keeps things fun and interesting.
