Pros

None. There were maybe one or two people that were actually nice to you, but that's it.

Cons

Where to begin. There was no work/life balance. You could expect phone calls from Team Leaders at 8 pm after work and then Sunday nights...

Pros

The skills sets that are trained are invaluable to a person wanting to grow and become in high demand as a trainor and interviewer. They teach you how think think like an entrepreneur and not like a typical employee. Learn how to sell learn how to teach and the world is yours. Love taking on the leadership role that I was never given anywhere else. Must have high integrity with day to day business operations cause there is a lot of responsibility. Great owner and have lot of respect for him. Great culture and rapid growth since I've been part of the team. Everyone for the most part is very goal oriented and that's who I like to surround myself with. Lot of compensation opportunities.

Cons

Commission isn't that big of a deal like a lot of others would be lead to believe. Partial reimbursement for gas. Lot of ware and tear on vehicle. No compensation for training others. You are at the mercy of recruiting to get to management. Get to management and your pretty much set. You have to want it or you won't make it. The beginning stages is kinda a cattle call and only the cream of the crop will make it to management cause most will give up. LOA-law of averages. To much work for the pay at times and no vacation or PTO but understand why.
