      Pros

      If you like “worlds best boss” Michael Scott (with a stronger dash of Todd Packer, perhaps?) then this is the spot for you! You also get free healthcare, which is apparently the singular selling point for the “modern workplace” angle that some reviewers have taken.

      Pros

      None. Management and leadership has zero idea how to support their sales team and is in constant fights amongst themselves over who is seemingly worse at their job.

      Cons

      Sales directors with zero sales aptitude or leadership skills. Turn over is super high because of their inability to support their sales team. I feel like the directors do not care about turn over rate because it is an excuse for them to go out to lunch while training new hires.
