This is the ideal workplace for anyone committed to life long learning, everyday you will learn something new. Upper management is very understanding and genuinely cares about their employees. Everyone is very friendly. A family- like atmosphere exists among employees, and everyone works to help each other where they can. The CEO is always accessible and is very hands on with each department, and constantly contributes to ideas. Management encouraged and welcomes new ideas. Employees are given lots of room to breathe without anyone constantly monitoring them, however tasks are expected to be completed in a reasonable amount of time. The Operations Manager (as busy as she always is) will make time to speak with employees directly about any concerns they may have, and offer advice where she can.
