Pros
Great place to work! I was with the company for over a year and made some amazing friends. Working for a global company in a county like Cornwall is fairly rare, and having a London style job yet still being able to enjoy the Cornish Lifestyle has been amazing. They Organise loads of social events throughout the year and it's a great way to get to know your colleagues.
Cons
Fairly corporate structure, but that's to be expected. Same with the regulatory aspects - can be a bit frustrating but needs to be done correctly.
