Toptal deserves all the praise it can get. This is a employee-centric company where everyone's opinion counts. It's driven by it's engineers and it's community. With that, each and every client counts as well and caring about end products when having over 2k clients is admirable. The company is also amazingly open and flexible. There are people who are hyper-motivated and work like crazy just because they love it so the work-life balance is dictated by you. I'm one of them and I'm yet to experience how it feels not to love your job every single day!
