      Pros

      - Once you have established a solid relationships with matchers and managers, you will always have a pipeline for work. Do good, solid work and expand your skills and you will be working with Toptal for a long time. - Easy quick and painless payment process - Very simple and straightforward onboarding post interview - Interesting projects and teams spanning the globe

      Cons

      - Might have occasions where customer expectation management is key and the customer simply is not manageable (this is a rarity) - Payscale is generally lower than market for some roles but you can make it up in volume. Consider multiple PT roles versus a single FT role to keep a continuous pipeline

      1. Excellent Pricing 2. Geneue Big and Global Clients 3. Pricing at your Choice 4. Top Class Payment System 5. Job Matcher who listen to you when and where required. 6. Always Real Job not a Job where person working as Freelancer to some international client and post job which you do during your parttime.

      Pros

      None. Avoid. This is a sinking ship.

      Cons

      As others have mentioned, the leadership of Toptal is very poor. Constant changes of direction, unstable leaders, a product with tons of competition. They also have extremely high turnover. Even if you get a job here, you'll be looking again in under a year.
