      Pros

      The level of creativity and skill of the engineering team is extreme. The amount of challenges and quality of the team is world class. The product is really amazing

      I love direct feedback and challenges coming from my manager makes me find new limits and versions of me I didn't think I could attain.

      Good team members, everyone outside of management is hard working.

      Cons

      CEO needs psycological help. Don't read these comments and think, "what a challenge! I will be the acception." You wont. Worst job i've ever had, Horrible management team, especially CEO who is not self aware and a deeply disturbed individual.
