Super high turnover for all positions. Japanese co but control by 1 MD & 1 woman, that hold many high positions. All depts belong to them. MD being control by the woman. Every1 know how scheming she is. Those who don’t suck up to her or she feel a threat (mostly of the female species) will be targeted by her. Then either ask to leave or leave because they can’t stand being tortured by her anymore.
